Role Description
The Chief of Operations – Solar is a full time, on-site role based at Kyra Photon’s headquarters in Chennai. This role oversees day-to-day solar operations across project development, EPC execution, manufacturing interfaces, and asset performance to ensure delivery against safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets. Responsibilities include setting and monitoring operational KPIs,



optimizing processes, managing budgets, and aligning cross-functional teams involved in engineering, procurement, construction, and trading activities. The Chief of Operations will lead and mentor operations teams, coordinate with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, resolve operational risks, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company standards. The role also involves collaborating with external partners and suppliers, driving continuous improvement, and supporting long-term scalability of Kyra Photon’s solar operations.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization, KPI implementation, and oversight of end-to-end solar project execution.
