the complete employee lifecycle while helping us attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.

● Source, screen, and coordinate candidate interviews.

● Handle onboarding, documentation, and employee records.

● Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.

● Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR reports.

● Support payroll with attendance and employee data.

● Coordinate employee engagement activities and events.

● Address employee queries and assist with HR policies.





● Support performance reviews and employee lifecycle activities.

● Manage exit formalities and maintain HR compliance.

Required Skills

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

● Excellent coordination and organizational abilities.

● Good understanding of recruitment processes.

● Experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other hiring platforms.

● Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.

● Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

● Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related

field.

● Experience hiring IT professionals is preferred.
