Role Description
This is a full-time, in office Security Officer role located in Detroj Rampura. The Security Officer will be responsible for monitoring entry and exit points, verifying identification, and ensuring that only authorized individuals and vehicles access the premises. The role includes regular patrolling of the facility, observing security camera feeds, and reporting any suspicious activity or safety hazards. The Security Officer will enforce security policies,



respond to incidents and emergencies, and assist in maintaining logs and documentation related to security operations. Collaboration with plant management and other staff to support a safe work environment is an essential part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in security, guarding, or safety roles within industrial, manufacturing, or similar environments.
- Knowledge of basic security procedures, access control practices, and incident reporting methods.
- Ability to remain alert and calm under pressure, with strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills to interact professionally with employees, visitors, and external stakeholders.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods and respond quickly to incidents across the facility.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems, basic computer use, and record-keeping for security
