About the job:

The Project Manager Odoo ERP is responsible for leading end-to-end Odoo implementation, customization, migration, integration, and support projects. The role involves planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring project activities to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, quality standards, and customer satisfaction. The Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact between clients, functional consultants, technical teams, and stakeholders while ensuring successful project execution through effective governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Experience:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in project coordination or project management.

Experience in ERP/Odoo/software implementation projects preferred. PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications are an added advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, resource allocation plans, and project budgets.
- Lead end-to-end Odoo ERP implementation projects, including requirement gathering,



solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and successful delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business requirements.

Odoo ERP Project Management
- Manage implementation and rollout of Odoo modules such as CRM, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, Accounting, HR, Project, and Helpdesk.
- Work closely with Odoo Functional Consultants and Technical Teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective ERP solutions.
- Monitor customization, integration, data migration, and third-party application implementation activities.
