Job Summary
Grafar Technology Private Limited is a growing manufacturing company specializing in CNC workholding solutions. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounts Executive / Accounts Manager to manage day-to-day accounting operations and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities using Tally Prime.
- Maintain purchase, sales, and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Prepare GST returns and ensure statutory compliance.
- Handle TDS, e-Invoicing, and e-Way Bills.
- Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and customers regarding accounts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in monthly and yearly account closing activities.
Eligibility
- B.Com or M.Com (Mandatory).
- Good working knowledge of Tally Prime (Mandatory).
- Experience in accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in a manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
Job Location & Transportation
- Work Location: SIPCOT Industrial Park, Vallam Vadagal, Sriperumbudur.
- Candidates should be willing to commute to the workplace using their own transportation.
- No cab or company transportation facility will be provided.
Salary : Take Home Rs.35000 - 45000 per Month based on the candidate.
