The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for ensuring a pleasant guest experience by assisting visitors, handling inquiries and basic complaints, supporting crowd management, coordinating group visits, and maintaining smooth guest service operations while adhering to safety and service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests and assist with inquiries and service requests.
- Resolve basic guest complaints and escalate complex issues.
- Support crowd management and coordinate guest flow during attractions and shows.
- Assist in handling school, corporate, and group visits.
- Manage helpdesks, information counters, and Lost & Found operations.
- Support guest services during weekends, holidays, and special events.
- Coordinate with Operations, Security, and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3 - 6 years of experience in Guest Relations, Hospitality, Customer Service, or a similar role.
- Positive communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
