Lead Generation Executive – TITAN Process

Compensation
- CTC: ₹20,000 – ₹23,000 per month
- Fixed Incentive: ₹3,000 per month

Job Summary

We are hiring Lead Generation Executives for the TITAN Process. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills who are passionate about customer interaction and lead generation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead follow-up.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication.
- Meet daily, weekly,



and monthly lead generation targets while maintaining quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria
- PUC (12th Pass) or above.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Willingness to work from the office in AKR Tech Park, Kudlu Gate, Bengaluru.
