Role Description
The Sourcing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This position is responsible for identifying and evaluating new property opportunities through market research, site visits, and engagement with brokers and property owners.
Daily tasks include maintaining a pipeline of potential properties, collecting and analyzing property data, preparing reports, and coordinating with internal teams for due diligence and approvals. The role also involves negotiating basic commercial terms with stakeholders, supporting contract discussions, and assisting in documentation to ensure smooth closure of deals. The Sourcing Executive will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align sourcing activities with business goals and timelines.

Graduate in any discipline.
