We Are Seeking a Detail-oriented And Proactive Program Coordinator To Support The Successful Implementation Of The Pathways To HOPE Program.Pathways To H.O.P.E. (Hearing, Observing, Planning, Empowering) Is a Project Designed To Identify And Address The Barriers, Gaps, And Strengths Related To HIV Treatment And Care Access For Newcomer Women In Toronto. The Program Coordinator Will
- Supervise and report on a mixed-methods needs assessment with newcomer women and service providers across the city of Toronto, including surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
- Train a cohort of peer researchers in facilitating, collecting and analyzing survey, interview, and focus group data for the needs assessment; as well as facilitating knowledge mobilization workshops among diverse interest holders.
- In collaboration with peer researchers, produce a community-informed recommendation framework that identifies actionable strategies and priorities for improving HIV care and support for newcomer women.
