Hotel Operations & Marketing Executive

Hotel Nandini Grand is looking for a responsible, energetic and technology-friendly professional who can coordinate day-to-day hotel operations while also supporting local marketing and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily hotel operations across reception, housekeeping, restaurant, banquet and support staff
• Monitor guest check-ins, check-outs, reservations and service quality
• Operate and supervise PMS, POS, booking engine and channel manager systems
• Coordinate with online travel platforms and ensure room rates and inventory are updated correctly
• Visit local companies, travel agents, event organisers, hospitals, institutions and other potential partners for group and corporate bookings
• Follow up on banquet, room and restaurant enquiries
• Assist in local marketing, promotions, social media coordination and customer engagement
• Maintain proper records of hotel inventory, stores, purchases and consumption
• Coordinate with vendors for supplies,



maintenance and operational requirements
• Handle guest concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution
• Prepare basic daily reports related to bookings, revenue, expenses, inventory and pending tasks
• Use AI tools for basic content creation, reporting, communication and productivity
• Coordinate closely with the General Manager and ownership team

Candidate Requirements
- 13 years of experience in hotel operations, hospitality, travel, sales or marketing preferred
• Working knowledge of PMS, POS, channel manager and online booking platforms
• Strong communication, follow-up and coordination skills
• Comfortable with field visits and local business development
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, WhatsApp Business, email and AI tools
• Responsible, organised and capable of handling multiple tasks
• Must have a qualified attitude and problem-solving mindset
