Role Description
The Client Relationship Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Anand Niketan, responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships for TruQ Design Studio.

This role involves serving as the primary point of contact for clients,



understanding their design needs, and ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating meetings, tracking project milestones, aligning internal teams with client expectations, and resolving queries or concerns in a timely manner. The role also involves preparing client-facing documentation and presentations, monitoring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for repeat business and referrals.

The Client Relationship Executive collaborates closely with design, operations, and leadership teams to deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience.
