Role Description :- Business Development Executive (BDE) – Partner & Brand Acquisition

This is a
remote part time
role at
PicksyStore
.

As a Business Development Executive, you will contact potential Partners and Brands using the daily lead list provided by PicksyStore. Your role is to explain the PicksyStore Partner and Brand Program, answer basic questions, and assist interested applicants with completing their registration.

No cold searching is required; we provide the lead list, training, and calling guidance.

This is a
performance-based
opportunity with an attractive incentive structure for every successful Partner or Brand onboarding.

Responsibilities:-
- Contact potential Partners and Brands from the daily lead list.
- Explain the PicksyStore Partner & Brand Program.




- Guide applicants through the registration process.
- Follow up with interested leads.
- Maintain professional communication.
- Update daily calling and conversion reports.

Qualifications:-
- Good communication skills in
Hindi, English, or regional languages
.
- Basic smartphone or computer knowledge.
- Confident speaking with people over the phone.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Sales experience is an advantage but
not required
.
