Role Description




The Technical Support Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for providing timely and effective technical assistance to internal teams and external customers using Chapter’s solutions. This role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting software and configuration issues, managing support tickets, and resolving incidents in coordination with engineering and product teams. The Technical Support Analyst will communicate clearly with users to understand problems, document root causes, and provide step-by-step guidance, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also includes monitoring system performance, identifying recurring issues, contributing to knowledge base articles, and suggesting improvements to support processes and product features.
