Job Description
Primary functions and essential responsibilities

The Associate will work with the Real Estate Product Management and Investor Relations Team to provide information and expertise on firm strategies and funds to clients. The Associate will coordinate investor reporting and servicing and support fundraising activities across the Real Estate platform, while helping to maintain high standards of accuracy, responsiveness and consistency across investor deliverables.

The role requires sound judgement, attention to detail, a collaborative approach and the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Include
- Preparation and coordination of investor reporting across Real Estate strategies, working closely with internal stakeholders to support the timely and accurate delivery of investor-facing materials
- Serve as a key point of coordination between the global Real Estate Investor Relations team and internal stakeholders, including Investment, Portfolio Management, Finance, ESG and Legal and Compliance teams
- Support fundraising processes the preparation and ongoing maintenance of investor presentations, marketing materials, due diligence material
