About the Role

College Guru Edu Solution is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Academic Counselors / Student Relationship Executives to guide students in choosing the right academic programs and support them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, colleges, and admission procedures.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Understand students' career goals and recommend suitable academic programs.
- Schedule counseling sessions and maintain accurate student records.
- Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth enrollment process.
- Achieve monthly admission and counseling targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.




- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Academic Counseling, Admission Counseling, Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Student Relationship is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and relationship-building skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Proficiency in Malayalam is mandatory. English communication skills are preferred.
