Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure a protected, clean, and well-maintained ward environment.
- Prepare duty rosters and allocate work to nursing staff as per requirement.
- Conduct daily patient rounds to ensure quality care and patient satisfaction.
- Supervise nursing handover and takeover procedures.
- Maintain patient records, ward registers, and reports as per hospital policy.
- Ensure adherence to hospital policies, protocols, and nursing standards.
- Manage nursing staff leaves without affecting patient care.
- Handle adverse events, medico-legal cases, and submit incident reports.
- Act as a link between ward staff and hospital administration.
- Ensure submission of ward statistics, nursing compliance, KPIs, and staff performance reports.
