Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Commi role based in Bengaluru South. The Commi will support the kitchen team in daily food preparation, cooking, and plating in accordance with established recipes and brand standards.



Responsibilities include assisting with mise en place, operating basic kitchen equipment, and ensuring timely service during peak cinema hours. The role involves maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety, following cleaning schedules, and adhering to health and safety regulations. The Commi will also coordinate with team members and supervisors, communicate effectively during service, and contribute to a positive guest experience through consistent quality and presentation.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Food Preparation and Cooking abilities.
- Candidates should possess solid Culinary Skills and understanding of basic kitchen operations.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Hygiene standards and food safety practices.
