Property Manager Job Description

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Property Manager to independently manage end-to-end resort operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, revenue growth, and effective team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, and Events.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, staff scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
- Manage guest relations, complaints, and service recovery to ensure high guest satisfaction.
- Monitor budgets, inventory, procurement, and operational cost controls.
- Coordinate with corporate teams for sales, marketing, business development, and operational reporting.




- Identify and drive revenue opportunities through F&B; initiatives and enhanced guest experiences.
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all property operations.
- Maintain smooth and efficient day-to-day resort operations.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably in resorts, premium hotels, or boutique properties.
- Strong Food & Beverage operational experience preferred.
- Proven leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust guest service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), email, hospitality PMS/reservation software, and operational reporting systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple departments effectively.
- Willingness to relocate and stay at the property in Mulshi, Maharashtra.
