Role Objective:-

To manage student admission enquiries, guide parents/students about school programs, and support the admission conversion process through effective communication and counselling.

Key Responsibilities:-

. Telecalling

. Admission Enquiry Handling

. Lead Management

. Counselling Support

. Coordination

. Data Management

Skills Required:-
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Basic counselling ability
- Convincing & negotiation skills
- Patience & empathy while dealing with parents
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM)
