Role Description
The HR Generalist & Admin will handle day-to-day human resources and administrative activities to support employees and management in an on-site. This full-time role includes managing employee life cycle processes, maintaining HR records, supporting recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring adherence to company HR policies. The role also involves coordinating benefits administration, assisting in payroll-related documentation, and responding to employee queries regarding HR and administrative matters. The HR Generalist & Admin will manage general office administration, support compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and help foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.





Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Human Resources (HR) operations and HR Management to handle daily HR activities and employee relations.
- Candidates should possess skills in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR Policies to support compliance and consistent practices.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration to manage compensation, advantages, and queries.
- Relevant experience in recruitment support, onboarding, documentation, and office administration is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with strong communication and organizational skills, is preferred.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, work collaboratively across teams, and use HRIS or related HR software will be advantageous.
