For a client in the space of industrial packaging machine sales, we are hiring a Head - Sales & CommercialBuild the commercial engine of a growing engineering company.

Our client is a 30+ year-old Indian manufacturer of industrial packaging machinery serving leading customers across Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Food Processing, Automotive, Logistics and Manufacturing.

Having built a strong reputation through engineering excellence and long-standing customer relationships, we are now entering our next phase of growth. We are looking for a commercially driven leader who can build a scalable sales organisation while driving sustainable business growth.

This is
not a conventional Sales Head role
. We are looking for someone who can build systems, develop people, strengthen customer relationships and create a predictable commercial engine that supports our long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to achieve profitable revenue growth.

· Expand business across industrial and manufacturing sectors.





· Build and strengthen relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.

· Lead, coach and develop a high-performing sales team.

· Build structured sales processes, CRM discipline and pipeline management systems.

· Drive forecasting, chance reviews and commercial performance dashboards.

· Work closely with Design, Production, Planning, Finance and Dispatch teams to ensure seamless customer delivery.

· Represent our client at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.

· Support expansion into new domestic and international markets.

What We’re Looking For

· 12–18 years of experience in B2B industrial or capital equipment sales.

· Minimum 5 years in a sales leadership role.

· Experience in Packaging Machinery, Industrial Automation, Material Handling, Machine Tools, Process Equipment or similar engineering industries will be highly preferred.
