Job Summary

MALKS Engineering Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer / Spare Parts Planning Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in maintenance engineering, spare parts planning, asset management, and reliability improvement within the automotive manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead spare parts planning for new program launches.
- Validate Bills of Materials (BOM) and maintain spare parts databases.
- Plan inventory requirements and coordinate procurement activities.
- Manage spare parts mapping and asset linkage using IBM Maximo.
- Perform Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) to improve equipment reliability.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Review project schedules and ensure timely execution.
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance activities.




- Maintain maintenance documentation and reports.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Maintenance Engineering or Spare Parts Planning.
- Experience in Automotive Manufacturing is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of:
- IBM Maximo
- BOM Management
- Inventory Planning
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
- Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA)
- FMEA
- Process Safety Management (PSM)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in shifts if required
