We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Engineer to lead and execute large-scale real estate construction projects. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in project execution, site management, contractor coordination, quality control, and timely project delivery. The candidate should be capable of independently managing construction activities while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, budget, and project timelines.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of overall experience in Real Estate/Construction.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the role of Project Engineer.
- Must have independently managed projects of 5,00,000 sq. ft. or more.
- Experience in high-rise residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage the execution of residential construction projects from inception to completion.
- Plan, coordinate, monitor, and control day-to-day site activities.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within approved budgets and quality standards.




- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and statutory authorities.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource planning, and progress reports.
- Review construction drawings and ensure execution as per approved plans and specifications.
- Supervise site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and labour teams.
- Monitor material planning, procurement, and consumption at site.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Conduct quality inspections and implement corrective actions wherever required.
- Resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.
- Verify contractor bills, work measurements, BOQs, and certification of completed work.
- Attend project review meetings and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure proper documentation, site records, and project reporting
