Role Description
The Senior Sales Consultant is a full-time, remote role responsible for driving new business and expanding existing relationships for TickoraDesk’s customer support platform. In this role, the consultant will lead discovery calls, understand customer challenges, and design tailored solutions that demonstrate the value of TickoraDesk. Day-to-day activities include managing the sales pipeline,



delivering product demos, preparing proposals, and collaborating with customer success and product teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term satisfaction. The Senior Sales Consultant will analyze customer feedback, refine sales strategies, and contribute to forecasting and strategic planning. This role also involves mentoring junior sales team members and representing TickoraDesk at virtual events and industry engagements.

Qualifications
- Robust Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to assess client needs, design solutions, and guide decision-making.
- Proven ability in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build trust, retain accounts, and support long-term partnerships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building across diverse stakeholders.
