Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager – Health Agency role based in Varanasi. The Sales Manager will lead and grow the health insurance agency business by recruiting, training, and supporting agency partners and advisors. Daily responsibilities include meeting sales targets, monitoring performance, planning sales activities,



and conducting regular field visits to support partners in selling health insurance products. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, agencies, and local stakeholders, ensuring high service standards and policy renewals. The Sales Manager will also analyze market trends, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal teams to implement sales campaigns, compliance guidelines, and customer engagement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Experience in health or general insurance sales, preferably in an agency or channel management role.
- Strong skills in team leadership, partner management, and relationship building with customers and intermediaries.
- Ability to plan and execute sales activities, track performance, and meet or exceed assigned business targets.
