Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, configure, test, and deploy Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Advantages Administration, Compensation Management, Recruitment Management, Performance Management & Goals, Learning Management.
- Configure integrations between various systems using APIs or other integration tools like MuleSoft or SnapLogic.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Workday Analytics to provide insights on HR data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Workday implementation projects.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in implementing Workday HCM module(s) including Core HR, Absence Management, Time Tracking etc. .
- Bachelor's degree (B.Tech / B.E.) from a recognized university in Any Specialization. .
- Strong understanding of Workday Functional architecture and its components like User Profile management , Organization Chart , Position Management , Job Description , Skills Management etc. .
- Experience working on at least one full cycle implementation project involving multiple modules like Core HR , Absence Management , Time Tracking etc. .
