Role Description
The Chairman & Managing Director is a full time, on-site leadership role based in Durg,



responsible for guiding the overall strategic direction, growth, and governance of BBLJ Constructions Pvt Ltd. This role oversees major construction and renovation projects, ensures compliance with quality and safety standards, and leads key decisions related to business development, partnerships, and market expansion. The position involves supervising senior managers, reviewing project performance, managing stakeholder expectations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and regulatory authorities. The Chairman & Managing Director will also drive financial planning, investment decisions, and resource allocation to ensure sustainable profitability and operational efficiency. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring project pipelines, approving critical contracts, representing the organization in high-level meetings, and fostering a culture of integrity, innovation, and continuous improvement.
