About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Marketplace Executive/Manager with a strong background in D2C and online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Nykaa, Myntra, Zepto, Instamart, and other leading e-commerce platforms. Preference will be given to candidates from the beauty, personal care, or cosmetics industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end operations of all e-commerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Nykaa, Myntra, Zepto, Instamart, etc.
- Handle product listings, catalog management, content optimization, pricing, and promotions.
- Monitor inventory, coordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure product availability and timely replenishment.
- Analyze sales performance, customer trends, and marketplace metrics to improve business growth.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers to resolve operational issues and enhance visibility.
- Ensure timely order processing, returns management, and customer experience.




- Track competition, pricing, and market trends to recommend growth strategies.
- Generate regular MIS reports, sales dashboards, and performance insights.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams to achieve business targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience managing e-commerce marketplaces.
- Mandatory experience in D2C/e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit is essential. Exposure to Nykaa, Myntra, Zepto, Instamart, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Preferably from the beauty, cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of marketplace dashboards, catalog management, pricing, inventory planning, and campaign execution.
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting.
