Job Description: Quality Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a Quality Analyst with strong expertise in performance testing to ensure the scalability, reliability, and quality of enterprise applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in functional testing, API testing, performance engineering, automation, and CI/CD integration.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT test cases.
- Create and maintain automated test suites.
- Design, execute, and analyze load, stress, endurance, and spike tests.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and collaborate with development teams.
- Perform API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Validate application performance across web, mobile, and microservices.
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
- Track defects and verify fixes.
- Prepare test reports and quality metrics.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.




- 46 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Minimum 23 years of hands-on performance testing experience.

Technical Skills

Functional Testing:
- Test Planning, Test Case Design, Regression Testing, Exploratory Testing

Performance Testing:
- Apache JMeter (mandatory)
- LoadRunner or NeoLoad (positive to have)
- Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance and Volume Testing
- Performance Analysis and Bottleneck Identification

Automation:
- Selenium with Java or Python
- Playwright or Cypress (preferred)

API Testing:
- Postman
- REST Assured (good to have)

Programming:
- Java or Python
- SQL
- Git

CI/CD & DevOps:
- GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps
- Docker (basic knowledge)

Monitoring:
- Datadog
- Grafana
- Prometheus
- Azure Monitor

Databases:
- SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

Preferred Skills
- Experience testing microservices and cloud-native applications.
- Understanding of Kuberne
