Job Title: Senior Merchandiser Apparel Exports (Kids / Babywear)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Merchandiser Apparel Exports to manage end-to-end export orders, with strong preference for candidates experienced in Kids / Babywear categories and exposure to international buyers.

The role requires strong technical knowledge, buyer coordination skills, and commercial acumen to ensure seamless execution from product development to final shipment.

Key Responsibilities :

•Handle complete order lifecycle from order confirmation to final shipment

•Manage buyer communication, order sheets, costing & follow-ups

•Coordinate fabric sourcing, color approvals & product development

•Plan and track TNA (Time & Action Calendar) / Critical Path

•Ensure on-time delivery of all styles

•Coordinate with factories, fabric mills & trim vendors

•Lead vendor negotiations (pricing, MOQ, timelines)

•Ensure compliance with buyer quality, safety & audit standards





•Monitor production status and resolve issues proactively

Required Skills & Competencies :

Merchandising & Technical Expertise -

•Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing processes

•Understanding of fabrics, trims, prints & color development

•Hands-on experience in order sheet preparation & costing

•Exposure to Kids / Babywear safety standards preferred

•Experience working with international buyers / global brands

Planning & Execution -

•Strong TNA planning and follow-up skills

•Ability to manage multiple styles simultaneously

•Deadline-oriented and highly organized

Soft Skills -

•Robust communication & negotiation skills

•Commercial mindset with problem-solving ability

•Detail-oriented and process-driven

•Ability to work independently

Eligibility Criteria :

•Minimum 5+ years experience in Apparel / Garment Export House(preffered)

•Prior experience in Kids / Babywear
