The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer leads, engaging prospective customers, qualifying business opportunities, scheduling branch visits, and supporting business conversion through effective follow-ups.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Customer Engagement
- Contact prospective customers generated through digital marketing campaigns, websites, social media platforms, referrals, and other lead sources.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information regarding HNS GOLD's gold buying services.
- Build rapport with customers and maintain regular follow-up communication.
- Ensure prompt response to customer inquiries and requests.
Lead Qualification & Conversion Support
- Qualify leads based on business requirements and customer intent.
- Schedule customer appointments and coordinate branch visits.
- Follow up with customers to maximize lead conversion opportunities.
- Coordinate with branch teams to ensure seamless customer handling and business closure.
- Maintain high lead-to-walk-in and lead-to-conversion ratios.
CRM & Data Management
- Accurately update customer information and interaction details in the CRM system.
- Track lead status and maintain complete records of customer communication.
- Generate daily activity reports and lead conversion reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Customer Relationship Management
- Deliver a positive customer experience through qualified communication.
- Address customer concerns and queries effectively.
- Conduct post-interaction follow-up
