Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in

Domestic IT Recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end

recruitment, sourcing technical talent, stakeholder management, interview coordination, and

offer management. The candidate should be capable of handling multiple IT requirements

while maintaining quality and meeting hiring timelines.

Key Responsibilities





• Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle for Domestic IT positions.

• Understand technical job requirements from hiring managers.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and social media

platforms.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

• Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, and cultural fit.

• Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.

• Manage offer negotiation, salary discussions, and onboarding activities.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and recruitment MIS reports.

• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Achieve monthly hiring targets within defined timelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.

• Strong experience in end-to-end recrui
