Role Purpose
This position is responsible for designing and executing a specialized hiring strategy to attract, assess, and hire high-caliber scientific, technical, and operational talent across Pharmaceutical Research & Development and Manufacturing Operations.
This role requires deep understanding of pharmaceutical product development lifecycle, GMP-regulated manufacturing environments, technical skill ecosystems, and scientific talent markets. You will serve as a strategic talent partner to R&D; heads, Plant leadership, Quality, Engineering, and Technical Operations teams, ensuring timely availability of critical skills to support product pipelines, regulatory commitments, and production targets.

1. Strategic Workforce Planning & Talent Forecasting
- Partner with R&D; and Plant leadership to anticipate future skill requirements.
- Develop annual and quarterly hiring plans based on production capacity and research milestones.
- Build succession pipelines for critical scientific and manufacturing leadership roles.
2. End-to-End Technical & R&D; Recruitment
- Own full-cycle recruitment from requisition intake to onboarding.
