Key responsibilities include -

● Manage and oversee the end-to-end digital content production lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

● Create and review assessments, quizzes, and evaluation frameworks aligned with course learning objectives.

● Lead course creation activities, including structuring curricula, organizing learning paths, and coordinating with subject matter experts.

● Administer and manage content on the company website, LMS, and internal platforms, including uploads, updates, version control, and access management.

● Develop, curate, and refine digital content including written modules, learning resources, and AI-assisted learning materials.

● Leverage Generative AI tools and advanced prompting techniques to enhance content creation efficiency, quality, and scalability.

● Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as product, engineering, and academic teams to ensure content alignment with platform capabilities and learner needs.

● Ensure data accuracy, content consistency,



and compliance with internal standards across all content repositories.

● Monitor content performance and learner engagement metrics, and recommend improvements based on insights and feedback.

Preferred Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

● 1–3 years of experience in content operations, digital learning, or project management roles, preferably within EdTech or technology-driven organizations.

● Solid technical background with the ability to understand and work with digital platforms, CMS/LMS systems, and content workflows.

● Demonstrated expertise in Generative AI prompting, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted content creation.

● Experience in assessment design, instructional content development, and curriculum structuring.

● Strong understanding of skill frameworks, competency mapping, and taxonomy management.

● Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace for documentation, reporting, and content planning.
