About Livanta Group

Livanta Group is a real estate development company focused on plotted layouts and residential communities. We are commencing the development of an 8.5-acre plotted layout and a separate 2-acre plotted layout in Koppal, Karnataka.

We are looking for an experienced owner-side Senior Site Engineer/Project Engineer to manage site execution, coordinate contractors and consultants, maintain quality and cost control, and ensure that both projects are completed according to approved drawings, specifications and timelines.

This is a full-time site-based position. The selected candidate must relocate to Koppal for the duration of the projects,



expected to be approximately 12 months and potentially extendable based on progress and upcoming Livanta projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and execute Positive for Construction drawings issued by architects and technical consultants.
- Coordinate topographical surveys, benchmarks, setting-out and level verification.
- Supervise grading, earthwork, cutting, filling and subgrade preparation.
- Check road centerlines, formation levels, junction levels, plot-edge levels and gradients.
- Supervise construction of RCC roads, GSB/WMM layers, shoulders and junctions.
- Supervise storm-water drains, water pipelines, UGD, chambers, road-crossing sleeves and plot entrances.
- Check drain invert levels, slopes and outfall connectivity.
- Coordinate electrical works, street lighting, compound walls, entrance structures, parks and landscaping.
- Coordinate civil, road, plumbing, electrical, landscape and other contractors.
