Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive (Google Ads) with hands-on experience managing paid campaigns for D2C or E-commerce brands. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS), improving conversion performance, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign Planning & Execution

Plan, create, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, Demand Gen, YouTube, and Remarketing.

Configure campaign objectives, bidding strategies, budgets, audience targeting, locations, devices, schedules, and ad extensions.

Develop Responsive Search Ads (RSA), Shopping campaigns, and Performance Max asset groups.

Maintain proper campaign structure, naming conventions,



and quality assurance before campaign launches.

2. Keyword Research & Optimization

Conduct extensive keyword research using Google Keyword Planner, Google Trends, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Search Terms Reports, and other research tools.

Build and maintain keyword strategies covering branded, non-branded, competitor, generic, and long-tail keywords.

Optimize keyword match types (Broad, Phrase, and Exact).

Analyze Search Terms Reports regularly to identify high-performing keywords and eliminate irrelevant traffic.

Create and maintain comprehensive negative keyword lists.

Improve keyword Quality Scores through continuous optimization.

3. Campaign Optimization

Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize bids, budgets, audiences, keywords, placements, devices, and schedules.

Scale high-performing campaigns while reducing spend on underperforming campaigns.
