Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and maintain ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical designs for ITSM processes.
- Develop and deploy custom scripts using SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management) to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of ServiceNow platform.
Job Requirements :
- 10-20 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Robust expertise in Servicenow architecture, development, implementation, and maintenance.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript or other similar technologies.
