We're looking for a Voice of Customer Associate Intern to join our Customer Experience team

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to Customer Experience, Business Analytics, Process Improvement, and Strategic Initiatives while working directly with senior leadership.

? What You'll Do

Conduct structured customer feedback calls & surveys

Analyze feedback to identify pain points and improvement opportunities

Prepare CX reports, dashboards, and presentations

Track customer concerns end-to-end and drive timely resolution





Collaborate cross-functionally on CX improvement projects

? What We're Looking For

Pursuing a Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Social Work, or a related field

Robust proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint & Canva

Excellent communication & active listening ski

Proficiency in Tami & Telugu is mandatory

Prior internship, club, or event organizing experience is a bonus
