Role Description
The Human Resources Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for supporting and enhancing HR operations across the organization.



This role includes administering HR policies and procedures, managing employee records, and coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes. The specialist will handle employee benefits and leave administration, assist with performance management cycles, and support personnel management activities such as employee engagement and grievance handling. Day-to-day tasks also involve ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies, generating HR reports and documentation, and collaborating with managers to support workforce planning and organizational development.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience in core HR operations.
