Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Designer (Fresher) role based in Okhla. The Fashion Designer will assist in developing new collections, including sketching designs, selecting fabrics and trims, and supporting the creation of samples. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating fittings, making design adjustments based on feedback, and working closely with production teams to ensure accurate execution of designs. The role also involves researching current fashion trends,
contributing ideas for seasonal ranges, and maintaining organized records of designs, materials, and specifications. The designer will collaborate with senior team members to learn industry best practices and support overall brand consistency.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess core fashion design skills, including Fashion Design and a strong interest in Fashion.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of textiles, including understanding of different Textiles and their appropriate usage in garments.
- Candidates should possess practical garment construction and fit skills, including experience or training in Fitting.
- Candidates should possess embellishment and detailing skills, including basic to intermediate proficiency in Embroidery.
