- Monitor quality throughout the stitching process and ensure production follows approved quality standards.
- Supervise and manage line checkers, assigning daily inspection responsibilities and ensuring all garments are checked thoroughly.
- Train and guide the checking team on quality standards, defect identification, and inspection procedures.
- Conduct regular inline inspections to identify defects such as stitching issues, measurement variations, print defects, fabric faults, and workmanship problems.
- Ensure defective garments are corrected immediately and prevent recurring quality issues.
- Coordinate with production supervisors and operators to maintain smooth workflow and minimize rework and rejections.
- Verify garment measurements,



stitching quality, thread trimming, print placement, labels, and finishing during production.
- Ensure every bundle is inspected before moving to the next production stage.
- Maintain daily quality reports, defect records, and communicate major quality concerns to the QC Manager/Production Manager.
- Support the final QC team by ensuring only quality-approved garments reach finishing, packing, and dispatch.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
