Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate and site-based positions.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, consultants, employee referrals, and campus recruitment.
- Conduct interviews, salary negotiations, and on boarding activities.

HR Operations
- Manage the complete employee life cycle, including joining, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and separation.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, promotion letters, warning letters, and exit documents.

Attendance, Payroll & Benefits
- Coordinate attendance, leave records, overtime, and payroll inputs.
- Ensure timely payroll processing in coordination with the finance team.
- Manage employee perks, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.

Statutory Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, including PF, ESI, CLRA, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Bonus Act, and applicable state labour regulations.




- Maintain statutory registers and support labour inspections and audits.
- Coordinate with labour contractors to ensure statutory compliance.

Site HR Management
- Support HR activities across multiple excavation and project sites.
- Coordinate manpower mobilisation and demobilisation.
- Monitor labour attendance, accommodation, welfare, and statutory compliance at project locations.

Performance Management
- Implement and monitor performance appraisal processes.
- Track probation reviews, confirmations, and employee performance.
- Support managers in setting goals and development plans.

Employee Relations
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Promote employee engagement and a positive work culture.
- Conduct counselling sessions and resolve workplace conflicts.

Training & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate technical and behavioural training programs
