Role Summary

We are hiring target-driven sales professionals who can handle inbound and outbound leads, understand pet parent requirements, explain PawSpace services, close bookings and drive repeat revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Inbound conversion: respond quickly to leads from WhatsApp, calls, website, social and other channels.
- Outbound sales: follow up with new, warm, old and dormant leads to convert them into paid bookings.
- Service selling: explain grooming, grooming subscription, training, boarding, sitting and other PawSpace services.
- Revenue ownership: work towards daily and monthly revenue targets with consistent calling and closure discipline.
- Subscription pitching: promote grooming subscription and repeat service packages to increase customer lifetime value.
- Objection handling: handle concerns around price, quality, availability, trainer/groomer experience and service
- process.
- Booking closure: coordinate payment collection, booking confirmation and handoff to operations.
- CRM/reporting: update lead status, call notes, follow-up dates,



revenue and daily sales reports.

Targets and Incentive Plan
- Monthly target ₹6,00,000 revenue target, ₹13,000 monthly incentive on achievement
- Daily target ₹25,000 to ₹55,000 daily revenue,₹1,000 to ₹2,500 daily spot incentive
- Potential incentive for consistent high performers, Potential incentive up to ₹40,000 per month.

Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, telesales, revenue generation, account management, academy counselling or similar sales roles.
- Preferred background: ed-tech, academy counselling, admissions sales, service sales, health-tech, hospitality, consumer service or startup sales.
- Solid communication skills with the ability to explain services clearly over calls and WhatsApp.
- Comfortable with daily calling, aggressive follow-ups, target ownership and revenue pressure.
- Good at consultative selling, objection handling and urgency creation.
