Job Responsibilities
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations based on customer requirements and tender specifications.
- Review RFQs, technical documents, P&IDs;, datasheets, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with sales, engineering, procurement, and vendors for costing and technical clarifications.
- Select suitable instrumentation and control products as per application requirements.
- Prepare cost estimates, BOMs, compliance statements, and offer documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding submitted proposals and provide necessary technical support.
- Participate in tendering activities and maintain proposal documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of quotations and adherence to company standards.
