We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to drive hotel and resort bookings for our property in Nainital. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, inside sales, or hospitality and be confident in handling customer inquiries, making cold calls, and converting leads into confirmed bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Make outbound cold calls to generate new bookings and business opportunities.
- Convert leads into confirmed hotel and resort bookings through effective follow-ups.
- Promote stay packages, group bookings, corporate retreats, and event packages.
- Build relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and repeat customers.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, bookings, and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve monthly sales and booking targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, hospitality, inside sales, or telesales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in cold calling and lead conversion.
- Target-driven with strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
