Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Instructional Designer to support the design and development of high-quality digital learning solutions for corporate clients. The ideal candidate should possess a robust foundation in instructional design principles, excellent content development skills, and an interest in emerging learning technologies and AI-enabled learning tools.

The role involves collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs),



Project Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders to create engaging, learner-centric training materials that align with client objectives and business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in analyzing training requirements and gathering information from Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders.
- Design and develop learning content such as e-learning modules, storyboards, scripts, participant guides, job aids, microlearning assets, and assessments.
- Create clear learning objectives and structure content into engaging learning experiences.
- Develop quizzes, knowledge checks, and other assessment activities to support learning outcomes.
- Work closely with Project Managers, SMEs, Graphic Designers, and Developers during the course development process.
- Use e-learning authoring tools and other digital learning technologies to develop learning solutions.
