We are seeking an energetic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing field marketing initiatives, increasing brand visibility, generating leads, and supporting business growth through ATL and BTL marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute field marketing activities to promote the company's products
- Conduct ATL and BTL marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
- Organize and coordinate promotional events, roadshows, exhibitions, and activations.
- Generate leads through field visits, networking, and customer engagement activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and local stakeholders.
- Conduct market surveys and gather customer feedback to identify business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales team to support customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Prepare activity reports and provide updates on campaign performance.
Requirements
- MBA in Marketing is mandatory.
- 1–3 years of experience in field marketing, promotions, or brand activation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Vijayawada and nearby areas.
- Positive organizational and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
