Mandatory Skills

· Hands-on experience with Murex Front Office Business Analyst.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on Murex implementation, upgrade, or support projects, with a Front Office focus
- Strong functional knowledge of Murex Front Office modules: deal capture, pricing, trading workflows, Simulation
- Deep understanding of capital markets products — FX, Interest Rate Derivatives, Fixed Income, Money Markets, and/or Credit




- Experience running requirement-gathering workshops directly with trading desks
- Ability to write explicit BRDs, FSDs, and functional test scenarios
- Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable working directly with traders and senior desk stakeholders
- Familiarity with UAT planning, defect triage, and go-live support processes
- Prior experience on greenfield Murex implementations or platform migrations (e.g., Kondor+/Summit/Calypso to Murex)
- Exposure to Risk or Collateral Management modules alongside Front Office
- Murex certification or formal Murex functional training
- Experience working in onsite-offshore delivery models across global banking client.
