Job Title: Area Sales Manager (ASM)

Role Overview :- The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for driving cement sales within a defined territory by managing dealer networks, expanding market reach, and ensuring revenue targets are achieved. This role combines intensive field execution with strategic planning.

Key Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets while driving revenue growth across the assigned territory.

• Develop and execute territory sales strategies to expand market share and penetrate recent business opportunities.

• Appoint, manage, and strengthen dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks to maximize sales performance.

• Generate business through dealers, retailers, builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and institutional customers.

• Identify emerging market opportunities, monitor competitor activities, and execute branding and promotional initiatives.





• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring timely support, complaint resolution, and high customer satisfaction.

• Ensure timely collections, monitor outstanding receivables, and maintain healthy credit control across the territory.

• Lead, mentor, and monitor Sales Officers/Executives through regular field visits, performance reviews, and product training.

• Prepare and submit Daily Call Reports (DCR), sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business pipeline updates to management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, finance, technical, and marketing to ensure seamless order execution and sustainable business growth.

Key Requirements :-

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred.

• 510 years of sales experience in Roofing Sheets, Color Coated Sheets, Steel, or Building Materials.

• Experience in dealer, distributor
