Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns.
- Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, sales conversion, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers.
Job Requirements :
- Proficiency in Tamil language (written & spoken).
- Solid communication skills in Telugu or Kannada languages is an added advantage.
- Experience in telesales/telemarketing/voice process is preferred.
